1. Cut out sugar as much as you can.
2. Cut our carbs as much as you can EXCEPT complex carbs (anything with whole grain in the title).
3. Try to drink a gallon of water a day.
4. Stick with large portions of GREENS (broccoli, asparagus, spinach).
5. Start your day with eggs and it will help with cravings.
6. Try to keep carb (reg and complex) eating to the morning.
7. Cut out milk and switch to almond milk
8. If you eat fruit, eat it in the morning or BEFORE your workout.
9. Don't keep anything you don't want to eat in your house.
10. Start making healthy meals for your family and they won't want to eat crap food anymore.
