Pushing Through

Good morning,

So I have been doing great on this journey, but the weekends are the toughest for me. I think it has a lot to do with enjoying life and being able to relax and not be stressed out busy all the time.

Friday for me was tricky, I worked out in the morning which was great, but had Dominos for dinner : / Now Dominos is ok, I only had a few pieces of pizza and I ordered the thin crust with spinach and veggies on it.

Woke up Saturday, did not go and do Zumba because I was babysitting for a friend and it was my sister senior prom day, so I went and helped her with her hair. I did good eating though, had a fried egg sandwich for breakfast, a shake for lunch and a few chicken wings for dinner. Did no work out.... :( CRAP!

Sunday, woke up bright and early got going and went straight outside to rake the yard, clean up and do some projects around the house. I burned almost 250 calories raking.. AWESOME! and ate pretty good again.

Monday, didnt wake up to work out.. "Ill do it tonight", had a shake for breakfast, and lunch along with a couple bananas. Got off work, "i have to go grocery shopping.." Went, and got home at 6pm and had to make dinner. Made the best dinner of my life! and it was just under 400 calories  (recipe below). Got done eating, and worked on homework.. didn't workout... OH BOY

THIS MORNING!
Got up at 6am, worked out! did my TURBOFIRE 45 EZ and 10 Stretch! Feeling soo go this morning! and not as down as the last few days. I think this is a sign that my body is getting used to working out and getting used to the energy that comes from it.  I am posting a few tips for when you are feeling shruggish, that will help motivate you to get back on the horse! Shake for breakfast today, and a shake for lunch! Zumba tonight! Bring it weakness, feeling good will beat wanting to relax on the couch!

DAY SEVEN!

Ok now that I have taken you through a week, and I feel confident in my schedule I am going to take a step back and only post a couple times a week. I am finding it is hard to work full time, do homework, have kids, and a hubby, along with working out and doing a blog daily. Ufda! That's a lot to keep up with.

Today has been a great day!

Woke up at 6am...

Did my TurboFire 45 EZ and sweated my butt off!

Had my Shake... Greenberry Shakeology mix with 1/2 cup of cranberry juice, 1/2 cup of water and ice blended. This shake went down in a make of 10 minutes it was so good! : )

Working now, and heading off to Zumba at 5:40 to get my Shake on! : )

Hope everyone is having a great day!

About Me

Hello everybody!

My name is Stephanie Lapinski, and I wanted to say thank you for stopping by and checking out my blog! This is my very first blog and I feel like this is the best thing to blog about. Before I go into that i'll give you a little background about me. I got married September 29th, 2012, to a wonderful man name Jesse and we have two beautiful children. I am currently going to school for Early Childhood Education (graduate in June 2013) and from there will be going for my BA in Elementary Education.
When life is busy, your working full time, going to school full time, and taking care of your family life get crazy so it is very easy to lose track of your self and especially your weight. I have always been a pretty active person, but in high school I focused more on school, and friends than I did sports and health. So it is okay to say I have struggled with my weight since high school. I have been trying to find a way to EASILY lose weight. Little did I know, losing weight is NOT easy. I feel like I have tried everything, from microwave meals, to Herbalife, and I just could not lose the weight. Before my wedding in September I decided I needed to start working out and eating right?  Before the wedding I lost 15 pounds, doing Zumba which was awesome, BUT after the wedding I gave up on trying and fell right back into my old routine. I ended up gaining all of the 15 pounds back and here I am. EXCEPT this time I have found Beachbody, and Shakeology. SO I wanted to start this blog so I can keep track of everything I am doing, and let other know how its going. I will put before, during, and after pictures up, and I will also keep you all updated on what I am eating, drinking, and doing for workouts. I am currently doing a challenge with my challenge I got the TurboFire program along with Shakeology. Stay tuned to see my progress, and if you have any question feel free to contact me!
